1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between 777cr (hereinafter "the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 777cr platform in any capacity (hereinafter "you", "the User", "the Player"). The 777cr platform encompasses the website at 777cr.biz, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any services made available through them.

By accessing the 777cr platform, creating a user account, making a deposit, placing a bet or wager, or claiming a bonus or promotional offer, you unconditionally acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the 777cr platform.

777cr operates under an international gaming licence issued by a recognised offshore gaming regulatory authority. The Company complies with the licensing conditions imposed by that authority, including requirements relating to fair gaming, player fund segregation, responsible gaming, and anti-money laundering procedures.

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

Access to and use of the 777cr platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older. By registering an account with 777cr, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 777cr reserves the right to request documented proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification document.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the 777cr platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you are doing so in a jurisdiction where such access is not prohibited by applicable law. 777cr specifically targets users in markets where its international gaming licence permits operation.

2.3 Single Account Per Individual

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 777cr platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or any other identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all associated balances and pending bonuses.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the 777cr platform, you must create a registered account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You must not provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information at any stage of the registration process or thereafter.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

777cr is required under its international gaming licence to verify the identity of all registered users prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification typically requires submission of one or more of the following: a copy of your CNIC (both sides), a recent utility bill or bank statement issued in your name showing your residential address, and a selfie or photograph confirming your identity. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawal functionality suspended.

3.3 Account Accuracy

You are obligated to keep all account information accurate and up to date at all times. If your contact details, payment method information, or residential address changes, you must update your 777cr account profile immediately. 777cr accepts no liability for failed communications or payment delays arising from inaccurate account information.

4 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777cr account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

You must notify 777cr immediately if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 777cr will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, including losses resulting from unauthorised third-party access to your account that you could reasonably have prevented.

777cr will never contact you by email, chat, or telephone to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from 777cr that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 777cr support immediately.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

777cr currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Visa/Mastercard, USDT TRC20, and SadaPay. All transactions on the 777cr platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777cr reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to users.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount at 777cr is PKR 200. Deposits are credited to your 777cr account balance upon confirmation of the transaction by the relevant payment processor. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited within 30–60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during business hours. 777cr does not charge processing fees on standard deposit methods; however, your payment service provider may apply their own fees.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount at 777cr is PKR 500. All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC identity verification as described in Section 3.2. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on your account, unless written approval is obtained from the 777cr compliance team. 777cr reserves the right to apply a withdrawal processing period of up to 3 business days for large withdrawal amounts or where additional verification is required.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

777cr operates in full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations as required by its international gaming licence. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. 777cr reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity, and to report such activity to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 777cr platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product, which are displayed within the respective game interface. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game only.

6.2 Sportsbook — Cricket and Other Sports

All sports betting odds displayed on the 777cr platform are provided in real time and may change between the time of your bet selection and the time of confirmation. A bet is only considered accepted when 777cr issues a confirmation to the user. 777cr reserves the right to cancel or void any bet placed on odds that were the result of a manifest error, technical malfunction, or unauthorised odds manipulation. PSL match betting, international cricket, and other sports are subject to the specific settlement rules published within the 777cr sportsbook section.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games available on the 777cr platform utilise certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical randomisation methods (shuffled card decks, roulette wheels) under independent supervision. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game category is published within the 777cr platform. 777cr does not manipulate game outcomes and all certified RNG systems are audited by independent laboratories on a periodic basis.

6.4 Insufficient Funds

777cr will not accept or process any bet or wager that exceeds the available balance in your 777cr account. It is your responsibility to ensure your account holds sufficient funds before placing bets. 777cr does not offer credit or advance funds to users for betting purposes.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and other promotional offers provided by 777cr are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. Where such specific terms exist, they take precedence over these general terms with respect to that promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a 777cr account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any funds derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7.3 Bonus Eligibility and Abuse

777cr reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus or promotional credit, and to void any winnings derived from such bonus, if 777cr has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms, through the use of multiple accounts, through coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit promotional terms, or through any other form of promotional abuse. The determination of whether promotional abuse has occurred rests solely with 777cr, subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 15.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777cr platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant legal or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one 777cr account, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information at registration or at any point during the account verification process.
• Using the 777cr platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Accessing the 777cr platform using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, betting results, or bonus outcomes.
• Exploiting any technical error, malfunction, or software bug on the 777cr platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained as a result of a demonstrable technical error are void and will be reclaimed by 777cr.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation tools to circumvent geographic or account restrictions imposed by 777cr.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting with respect to any sporting event covered by the 777cr sportsbook.
• Depositing funds sourced from illegal activities or using the 777cr platform as a conduit for illegal fund transfers.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 777cr staff, customer support agents, or other users of the platform.

9 Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, and other materials available on the 777cr platform are the proprietary intellectual property of 777cr, its licensors, and its game content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777cr platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, republish, or create derivative works from any content on the 777cr platform without the prior written consent of 777cr. Any unauthorised use of 777cr's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

777cr collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by users in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of the 777cr Privacy Policy. Your personal data is used for account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of 777cr's services.

777cr will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, regulatory authorities, and other service providers necessary for the operation of the 777cr platform, in each case subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777cr, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the 777cr platform, even if 777cr has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

777cr's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 777cr platform shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your 777cr account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777cr is not liable for any losses arising from: interruptions to internet or network connectivity; third-party payment processor delays or failures; force majeure events including but not limited to acts of government, natural disasters, or telecommunications failures; or any actions taken by 777cr in good faith pursuant to these Terms or applicable regulatory requirements.

12 Responsible Gaming

777cr is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The 777cr platform provides the following tools to assist users in managing their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts on your 777cr account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out of your 777cr account.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss amounts per day, week, or month to prevent excessive losses within any given period.
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from 777cr for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cool-off period, your account remains open but betting functionality is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent self-exclusion from the 777cr platform. Self-exclusion prevents all access to your 777cr account for a minimum period of 6 months. During self-exclusion, no new accounts may be created.

13 Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination

13.1 Termination by 777cr

777cr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, if: (a) you are found to have violated any provision of these Terms; (b) 777cr is required to do so by any regulatory or governmental authority; (c) 777cr has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with the account; or (d) the continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to 777cr.

13.2 Account Closure by User

You may request the closure of your 777cr account at any time by contacting 777cr customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your primary withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and after deducting any applicable fees.

13.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity and no financial transactions for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant by 777cr. 777cr reserves the right to deduct an administrative maintenance fee from dormant account balances in accordance with its published fee schedule. Prior notice will be provided to the registered email address before any such deduction is made.

14 Amendments to These Terms

777cr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 777cr will provide reasonable advance notice to users via the registered email address or by displaying a prominent notification on the 777cr platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 777cr platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact 777cr customer support to close your account before the amended Terms take effect.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising from them or from your use of the 777cr platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777cr's international gaming licence is issued. The jurisdiction of the licensing authority shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.

15.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute between you and 777cr, you should first contact the 777cr customer support team, providing full details of your complaint. 777cr will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved directly, it may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution service designated by 777cr's gaming licence authority.

15.2 Language

These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any conflict between an English-language version and any translated version of these Terms, the English-language version shall prevail.
